So, to get the assurance that the item is right, request a sample. Some suppliers even have deals where you can refund the sample you asked for after you agree to partner with them.

Also, make sure that the packaging was discussed well and agreed upon. You will not want your customers to receive an item that is not packed correctly, right? Your AliExpress dropshipping business will receive negative feedback if that happens. Remember that customer feedback is always public; they can post it on your website or via social media channels. Once negative feedback about your business was published, it will be hard to gain new customers’ trust.
